SMRTGrid is, at its core, an IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) communication platform company that specializes in using sensor arrays for monitoring and IIoT for communication. That means our platform is adaptable to any market that requires improved reporting for asset management. SMRTGrid’s initial focus is on providing far more effective and granular utility distribution grid monitoring than is provided by existing solutions.

Utilities are our primary market, as described in the first box below.  However, we also have the capability to address a range of other applications with our sensor arrays and IIoT technology.  Utilities, plus four other areas of application development are below.
